Shanesville Hotel - Fried Cheesecake

The Fried Cheesecake at Shanesville Hotel was very interesting. One could either eat it with a fork and knife or pick it up to eat. The fried outside was a crunchy pastry that surrounds a cheese cake center. If it had chocolate in it somehow, I would even say Lizzie would like it. But as it is, it is a chocolate free dessert that is very pleasing.
