I don’t want you to think that I only eat out. Actually we do eat in quite a bit. I however am not usually the cook,but one of the things that I have learned to make and really enjoy is some good guacamole. Here I am making the easy guacamole I learned from Lizzie’s cousin Ben.

How Do I make Guacamole?

Easy Guacamole Ingredients

• 1 ripe avocado
• 1-2 tbs favorite salsa
• salt to taste
• dash of lime juice
• 1/4 cup of diced red onion

As I did in the video, after halving the avocado, take your knife and cut two sets of three perpendicular lines without going through the skin. Then take a large soup spoon and scoop out the avocado. Mash with a fork in a bowl, and then add the other ingredients.

Easy Guacamole is so easy and quick, no fancy kitchen gadgets are needed. Just a fork, a knife, a cutting board, a table spoon, and that is it.
