Plaza Azteca Enchiladas

The other night, I had to go to Reading for my son’s hockey practice. Since I did get a chance to eat, I decided to try out the Plaza Azteca. I am so glad I did, as these had to be the best enciladas I have ever had..or at least it seemed that way.
I also like that they gave me chips with two different types of salsa, the one being the standard tomato salsa, the other being what the bar maid called a Mexican ranch salsa…delicious.
Lizzie and I will be going there with friends in the very near future.
Really good Mexican food for sure.
