I just came upon the Dallas Tex Mex restaurant, Mattitos, and by the looks of their site, I would say Mattitos would be a great place to dine if I was in the Dallas or Frisco areas and had a craving for some delicious Mexican food.

While attending the PodcampPhilly 2009 we ate at Qdoba outside of Temple for lunch. The burrito was so huge, I was unable to finish it inspite of being famished at the start of the meal. Taco Bell, yea right.
