Hot wings are one of my favorite items to order as both an appetizer or a main meal. There are many different types of hot wings. This page will consist of an ongoing cumulative list of hot wings reviews that have been reviewed by Thegrubhound.

I normally don’t do reviews of places that are below three stars, so if they are not on this list, I either have not tried the wings or I have, and they were not judged to be worthy of this Hot Wings List.

Star Rating System for Hot Wings

• Rating:  

  terrible wings, right out of the freezer with hot sauce poured on them..little meat.

• Rating:  

  Some meat, maybe not right out of the freezer, but not much different. Only one variety offered.

• Rating:  

  Meaty only one flavor..standard wings.

• Rating:  

  More than one type of wing available, and has a great taste.

• Rating:  

  Good wings that will satisfy your wing craving. More than one variety and temperature setting.

• Rating:  

  Above average hot wings..award winning..not your standard wings. Well worth the trip and great as an entre.

• Kutztown Tavern - well above average hot wings, will satisfy the worst hot wings cravings..also great beer selection

• White Palm Tavern – I like the sauce and the texture..well above average wings…very nice atmosphere

• Moccias Train Stop – The wings like everything at Moccias is awesome. I did not specifically rate the wings, but I have had, and I did say they were “ultra delicious”..

• Masson’s Chophouse – more than one type of wing listed, but the waitress didn’t ask for our preference. Being a new restaurant, I’ll have to try them again for their service didn’t seem like they had it down yet. Located where the old Pizzeria Uno was in Wyomissing, PA.(review coming) Tasty wings..

• TC’s Fine Spirits and Food – The first wing I had was actually a bit unevenly heated..cold in spots actually. But the taste was very unique. The waitress suggested the spicy wings, and also suggested that next time I try the garlic wings. Other food items were adequate. Wings get

• Durangos Saloon – Nice selection of wings, different temps and flavors available, suicide wings are kickin..

• Basin Street – Awesome hot wings – a lite batter – the reviewed hot wings were honey mustard hot wings…awesome..

• Shanesville Steakhouse and Inn -great wings-different varieties-had the garlic honey mustard wings..

• Union Jacks Congo Hotel -always great hot wings at any of the four Philly area Union Jacks…

• Our Place Gilbertsville,PA – not a standard vinegar base hot sauce hot wing..great taste and lots of options.

• Pizza Hut Hot Wings – Wing Street Wings – If you are hungry for wings they will do, but not the greatest wings..it’s Pizza Hut not wing hut, so get the Supreme Pan Pizza, and leave the wings for another time.
