　　污泥烘干机将污泥脱水、干化后，含水率大大减小，体积也很小。为了便于进一步的卐利用与处理，河南通达重工科技有限公司将其烘干处理或焚烧。烘干『处理后，污泥含水率可降至约20%左右，体积也随之减小，便于运输、利用和处理ξ　。针对污泥干燥过程中易结团结块的特性，干燥机内部采用了多通道螺旋结构，并且改变了滚筒干燥机的料板结构形式，采用了组合式扬料板结构，增加了活动篦条式翼板和自清理装置，可以干燥各类污泥，及干燥各种高粘度物料。
